About Us

The Orlando Basketball Academy (OBA) has trained and developed over 400 players in the community over the past six years and offers the best training and basketball camps in Orlando for young players. The OBA is directed by Windermere Preparatory School head coach Brian Hoff. WPS has made back-to-back State Championship Game appearances in 2022-23 and 2023-24. In 2023-24, Hoff won his fifth consecutive District Coach of the Year Award. Hoff played collegiately at Florida State University and was a Team Captain in 2009. Hoff has coached hundreds of youth players across all levels, from 5 year old beginners to NBA players. Over his 12 years of coaching, Hoff has created a blueprint for training young players to become the next outstanding middle and high school players. Our training and basketball camp will include skill development drills to improve shooting, ball handling, passing, and footwork. Drills will have a focus on teaching an overall understanding of the game and teamwork.
